Are THCa Products Legal?

THCa stands for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid. THCa is the raw, acidic form of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis. In its raw form, THCa does not produce psychoactive effects, until it is heated.

Yes, THCa is all-natural. THCa products are a perfect option if you’re looking for legal cannabis without any additives. We do not use any synthetically processed or genetically modified cannabinoids like D8, HHC, THC-O, etc.

Most people who are referring to “THC” are actually talking about the Delta 9 THC. And because marijuana and hemp are both part of the cannabis family tree, THC can be derived from either source. This is important to note because all Delta 9 products are derived from hemp and considered federally compliant.
